THE PROBLEM

A paid QR order does not show the optional review form

Recommended solution

The public order-status page checks for order updates while it remains open. Once the QR order is fully marked paid, the optional feedback form should appear directly on that same page. It is not a rating filter, and the customer does not have to post to Google.

  1. Confirm the cashier saved the payment and the order’s payment status is Paid, not Partially paid or Due at counter.
  2. Keep the public order-status page open for the next status check, or refresh it once.
  3. If it still does not appear, confirm the URL belongs to the same QR order and ask the Manager to verify the saved payment and application error log.
  4. If the restaurant has configured a Google review URL, the customer can choose to open it after writing feedback. The customer controls the final wording and whether to post.

The review form is optional. A lower rating is not hidden, redirected or blocked.

Make one change at a time and verify the result before repeating an order or payment action.
