THE PROBLEM

The QR code opens the wrong table or the menu is unavailable

Recommended solution

Each table QR is associated with one active restaurant, branch and table. A wrong table label or an unavailable-menu page usually means the QR link is stale, the table was moved, or its branch/table is inactive.

  1. Scan the code printed for the table you are sitting at. Do not edit the URL or replace the table number yourself.
  2. Ask a Manager to open Tables, select the correct branch and confirm that the table is active and belongs to that branch.
  3. Have the Manager regenerate or reprint the QR from that table’s own QR screen if the code is old, damaged or was printed before a branch change.
  4. Scan the new code again and confirm the branch and table label at the top of the menu before adding items.

If the problem continues, share the restaurant name, branch, table label and the exact public URL with the Manager. A QR link for one restaurant must not be reused for another restaurant.

Make one change at a time and verify the result before repeating an order or payment action.
